We believe there is one God eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We believe the Bible is God’s Word to the world. We believe it to be divinely breathed, infallible, inerrant and authoritative.

We believe in the Divinity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death for us on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father and His physical return to rule the earth in power and love.

We believe that all mankind is lost in sin and need to turn from their sin and trust personally in Jesus Christ as Saviour. All need to be born again by the Holy Spirit’s power into God’s family. We believe that our salvation is a judicial act of God on the believer’s behalf solely on the merits of Christ.

We believe in the present day reality of the work and ministry of the Holy Spirit according to the scriptures. We believe the fruit of the Holy Spirit in our lives is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility and self-control and that He works miracles and healings amongst us through His charismatic gifts.

We believe in Christ’s Lordship over the church, the baptism of all believers in water and the celebration of the Lord’s Supper.

We believe in the resurrection of every person: to eternal life for the believer and to eternal judgment for the lost.

We believe in the unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and in seeking community together. We want to become more like Him in every way, who is the head of His body, the church. We are called to love Him and one another and are enabled to do this only as His life flows in and through us. We believe that it is the responsibility of all believers to support the local assembly with regular participation in prayer, faithful attendance at services and small groups, and the regular financial support of the ministry through tithes and offerings.
